Over the years we have identified the most frequently asked questions about wedding photography and everything that surrounds it. The following list contains a selection of such questions & answers based on our own experience. We hope that you will find something useful in this list. Who is Anna Mikulich Photography?

We are an effective team of two professional and experienced photographers. We love taking photos and we are good at it (at least the number of awards suggests so :)

What is your photography style?

Our photography style is very natural, relaxed and genuine. We really like to capture real moments and try to stay as unobtrusive and discrete as possible.

Where are you located?

We are in Basingstoke, Hampshire! This a very modern and conveniently placed town in a heart of Hampshire with excellent transport links!

What areas are covered?

We do wedding photography in Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Dorset and Wiltshire counties. This is our default list of destinations, we are always open to interesting projects and opportunities! Just let us know what you have in mind!

Are you a member of any professional associations?

We are active members of International Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) and the British Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers(SWPP).

Best time to book you?

In short: as soon as possible. We can only do a certain numbers of weddings a year. Looking back we can see that most of our couples booked us 12-18 months in advance. This way we will have a greater chance of matching dates and getting everything planned. We accept short-notice and last-minute weddings as well, subject to availability.

How many images we will get?

Plenty. Every wedding is different and unique in its own way. Different places, people, events - those are all the factors that make the number of pictures a guess. We never set ourselves any targets - we will deliver all good pictures! We do not put quantity over quality!

No, seriously, how many?

Ok, based on our experience we deliver from 500 to 800 photos for a full day of photography. It is a lot on any scale!

Are you insured?

Of course! We have both public liability and professional indemnity insurances. If you, or your venue, require to see a copy of those please just let us know.

Do you have backup cameras?

Yes. We have a number of cameras, lenses and flashes immediately available on your wedding day.

Are your memory cards secure?

All of our cameras write pictures into two cards simulateneously - so it is double protection! Also we always use high quality storage cards. Your pictures are of the utmost importance to us! We do multiple backups of all of your pictures right after the wedding too!

What is included in standard package?

Do you edit your pictures?

All the pictures delivered will have a proper colour/contrast/light balance correction. Every picture will be hand-edited in our signature style! Please check a selection of our photos !

What is your processing and delivering time?

We usually deliver fully edited photographs within 3 to 6 weeks after your wedding. It greatly depends on our current load and whether it is a busy wedding season.

What about black & white pictures?

Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will convert some pictures into black & white mode; where we can see the picture will benefit from this conversion. Please let us know before the wedding if you want less, more, none or all of them in black & white!

Can I print my wedding photos?

You will have full printing rights! It means you are more than welcome to print any or all of your pictures!

Can you help us with an online gallery to share our photos?

We offer a complimentary password-protected online gallery for all of our couples - just send the gallery link provided to any person you like!

Can you do more than one wedding a day?

We can only take one booking a day. The day will be reserved exclusively for you!

Me or my partner are uncomfortable in front of the camera!

No need to worry. We really want you to enjoy your special day - that is the priority for us. We will take most of the pictures from aside and will be glad to help you with formal shots and portraits! And don't forget - you are 'the boss' on your wedding day - just let us know if you are happy to do more posed pictures or to have more fun with your guests!

Can you help us with an album?

We offer high-quality fully-customized albums as optional extras.

We would love to have an engagement photoshoot!

We will be happy to offer you our standard engagement photoshoot package. This a chance to capture some pictures in a very relaxed atmosphere at a place that is important to you.

Do you have flexible packages and extra hours coverage?

Absolutely. Please get in touch to discuss a bespoke package tailored to your requirements!

Can we have a meeting / pre-wedding consultation?

We would be delighted! It gives us a great opportunity to get to know each other, answer all the questions you may have, to run through your requirements and timeline!

We would like to book you - where do we start?

An easy task! Just send us an email with your wedding date and location details and we will confirm our availability first. Then we will send you our standard booking form (which is very nice and simple).

What is the booking deposit?

We ask for a £400 deposit to secure the date for you.

What are the payment types accepted?

The standard Bank Transfer method of payment is easy, fast and secure!

Payment schedule

The remaining balance of your photography package is due one month prior to the wedding.

Can we extend the package after booking you?

Yes, just send us an email with details.

What should we do after we hire you?

Relax. We will work together on your timeline and most important details a few weeks before your wedding to ensure proper coverage and the best photography possible. As you continue to plan, please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have along the way!
